Bath Souffle Ingredients & How To

Good Morning Everyone

Its so very lovely and crisp outside today which hopefully means its going to be a sunny sunny day!!  This blog is a little late and so there will be two blogs today which means twice the goodies to chat about.

Bath Souffles are a firm family favourite with us here and they are so easy to make.  They are super fizzy and skin softening at the same time so doubly delicious and can be made in any fragrance you like and it a multitude of colours much like the bath bomb.

Ingredients;

500g Bicarb soda
250g Citric acid
100g Cornflour (you can get this in Asda)
100g Shea Butter or 9 tablespoons of Sweet Almond oil (I use the oil)
10ml fragrance of your choice
Witch Hazel (in a spray bottle to bind it all together although you don't always need this, I very rarely do)
Liquid colouring (1/2 a teaspoon usually does but depending on the colour sometimes I add a full teaspoon)
Souffle Pots or similar containers

Where to buy;

How to?

Add bicarb, cornflour, almond oil, fragrance, colour and mix well, once completely mixed then add citric acid and mix through, adding citric acid at the end means you keep your fizz, then just use a table spoon and pack into paper cases really really well and then leave for 24 to 48 hours to set, the oil does sometimes leak through the paper cases so don't leave to set on any type of furniture, I leave mine on kitchen worktop.

Happy Crafting Everyone & have a great day!!!
